Due to the ongoing situation, the delivery of your order might experience some delays we kindly request your co-operation.



Yes, now you can place an order online and collect it from our Duboxx collection point in Al Quoz 1, Waehouse no 5, Al Asayel St, Dubai

We will send you the collection details notification via SMS or WhatsApp or Email when your order is ready to collect. (Order will be ready in 0-1 Days and should be Collected within 3 Days.

Collection Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM

(1) Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product specifications, all articles offered by us are ready for immediate shipping.

(2) If the Customer has chosen online payment, we will not ship the goods before receipt of full payment.

(3) If the purchaser is a Consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold will also in case of a sale to destination pass to the purchaser only when the item is handed over to him.

(4) If the purchaser is an is arranging his own shipping, the risk and danger of shipping will pass as soon as the goods have been handed over to the logistics cooperation partner the customer has commissioned.

Flat rate of AED 350/(For Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, & Ras al Khaimah )

Cut off timings for the next working day delivery is 5 PM, orders placed before 5 PM of any working day will be scheduled for delivery on next working day

Shipment will be prepared within 24 hours of the order placed and the product will be delivered within

12-24 working Hrs (Dubai)
24- 48 working Hrs (Sharjah, Ajman)
24-48 working Hrs (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, & Ras al Khaimah )

Within Same Order Day – 250 AED (Dubai)

Within Same Order Day – 200 AED (Sharjah, Ajman)

Within Same Order Day – 500 AED (Abu Dhabi, , Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, & Ras al Khaimah) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.



All prices on our site are in AED. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Ultimate Direction has no control over these charges, nor can Ultimate Direction predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
