Refund and Cancellation Policy
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned. Please return the product to us within the timeline. More Information about your returning rights can be found at “right of revocation”.
How it works:
1. Make sure that the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packing .
2. Make sure that a copy of the provided invoice is included in the box.
3. We will process your return immediately.
4.extrusion profiles orderd by customer needed sizes cannot be returned or refunded.
The refund (excluding any delivery charges or Cash on Delivery charges) will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase, except for orders paid for by Cash on Delivery for which refunds shall be made by crediting you with online credits and not cash that can be used for future online orders.
Bank Cards purchases (Credit/Debit) will be refunded against the bank card (credit/debit) used for the original purchase. These should be reflected on your credit card within 3-5 working days depending on your card provider. Online credits shall be reflected immediately on confirmation of refund.
Non - Refundable fees paied by credit /dibit cards
- 2.9% +1 AED from the paied amount ( available only for local purchase order made of United Arab Emirates)
- 4.9% + 1 AED from the paied amount ( available only for purchase order made of Worldwide)
-SHIPPIING CHARGES , Paid by our side to ship any product domesticly and internationaly.
Right of revocation
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract applies only for racing COCKPITS. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of the decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or e-mail).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the rest of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of reimbursement.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within 24 hours of the order being placed and refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Can I change/edit my order after it has been placed?
Yes, Orders can only be changed/edited if the request is made within the cut off time of 5 PM of the same day of the order being placed.
unfortunately, once an order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be changed if already dispatched. Additionally, promotional and discount codes cannot be applied post-order, nor can their effects.
